By completing this form, your organization may request access to approved Freedom 250 participation assets, including brand materials, logo-use guidance, participation language, and related resources. These materials are intended to help create a shared national identity while supporting broad, local participation across communities, institutions, companies, schools, universities, civic organizations, and cultural partners.

No Endorsement

Registration, participation, public listing, or use of Freedom 250 brand assets does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or partnership by Freedom 250, the White House, the federal government, the National Park Foundation, the National Park Service, or any related entity.

Brand Use

Any use of Freedom 250 logos, badges, names, language, or related materials must follow the official Participation and Logo Use Guidelines. Freedom 250 reserves the right to require removal, correction, or discontinuation of any use that violates the guidelines, creates confusion, implies endorsement, or conflicts with the purpose of the national celebration.

Political & Restricted Use

The proposed use of Freedom 250 brand assets will not be connected to political activity, political candidates, political parties, ballot initiatives, campaign events, or advocacy. Any restricted or enhanced-review category, including nicotine, cannabis or controlled substances, gambling, adult entertainment, firearms, cutlery, alcohol, or foreign government involvement, must be disclosed accurately.

Fundraising

Freedom 250 brand assets may not be used as the primary appeal in fundraising materials or presented in a way that suggests an event, campaign, or activity is raising funds for Freedom 250, the federal government, or any related entity unless separately authorized in writing.

Merchandise

Standard participation approval does not include permission to use Freedom 250 logos, badges, or related brand assets on merchandise or items for sale. Any merchandise, commercial product, or item marketed commercially requires separate written authorization through a Freedom 250 licensing agreement.
